Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of David Wilner as the Chief Development Officer for North America. Wilner, a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in franchise sales, has been with Wyndham for nearly eight years. In
his new role, he will oversee the North American franchise sales and architecture design and construction teams. Wilner has been instrumental in the creation and launch of ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham. Prior to his tenure at Wyndham, he spent two decades in franchise sales leadership at La Quinta. Alongside Wilner, Amit Sripathi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Kurt Albert, who served as Interim CFO since November. Both Wilner and Sripathi will report to Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO of Wyndham.
