and CEO of Western Cooperative Co. in Alliance since 2000, Briggs has expanded the cooperative to 17 locations and over 200 employees, serving producers across western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming. Under his leadership, Sustainable Beef developed a $400 million beef processing facility in North Platte, which began operations in 2025.
