Jubilee Metals Group, a copper producer focused on Zambia, has reported a significant increase in copper production for the first quarter of its 2026 financial year. The company produced 938 tons of copper,
marking a 65% increase from the previous quarter. This improvement is attributed to stable power supply and consistent quality of third-party ore. The Roan concentrator played a key role, producing 917 tons of copper concentrate. Additionally, the Molefe mine resumed high-grade ore deliveries to the Sable refinery, contributing to the production boost. Jubilee aims to further increase production, targeting 8,500 tons of high-grade ore delivery in the next quarter.
