Alexander Wennberg of the San Jose Sharks has launched a new initiative to host athletes from Special Olympics Northern California at SAP Center. Throughout the season, 80 athletes and coaches will be invited to Sharks games, where they will enjoy the experience
from a private suite. This initiative allows the athletes to gather with teammates, enjoy the game, and celebrate their love for hockey. Wennberg personally meets with the athletes after the games, expressing gratitude for their inspiration.
