Royal Caribbean has announced new details about its upcoming cruise ship, Hero of the Seas, set to debut in 2027. As part of the Icon Class, the ship will be one of the largest in the world, featuring nine pools, including the largest swim-up bar at sea.
The ship will also offer a Category 6 water park with new family raft slides and 28 dining options, including a supper club with live jazz and gourmet Cajun dishes. Hero of the Seas will sail week-long Caribbean itineraries from Miami, with stops in Honduras, Mexico, and Sint Maarten, and will visit the private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay.
