The site, located in Lincoln County, revealed rare earth oxide values ranging from 0.28% to 5.26% total rare earth oxides, with an average of 1.7%. The mineralization includes valuable heavy rare earth elements like dysprosium and terbium. The discovery is notable for its lack of radiation anomalies, such as uranium or thorium, which suggests potential for cleaner extraction processes. The findings are based on a series of rock samples collected in 2024 and 2025, indicating a new hydrothermal-metasomatic REE deposit type.
