What's Happening?
Flood Yoga, led by founder Kate Holter, is hosting a series of community yoga classes in Seattle, designed to be accessible to all levels of practitioners. The classes, known as Slow Flow, blend gentle movements with strength, focusing on a mindful and

Held at the National Nordic Museum, the sessions offer an indoor/outdoor experience, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies through a series of standing and seated poses. The classes aim to provide a grounding and renewing experience, concluding with a savasana to leave attendees feeling refreshed.
