Millennials were the most receptive to AI-assisted music, while Boomers were the least likely to express positive sentiments. The survey coincided with major music companies, such as Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group, forming AI licensing deals with firms like Suno and ElevenLabs. Despite these developments, a significant portion of U.S. consumers expressed negative sentiments towards AI in music creation, with about a third remaining ambivalent.
