The organizing committee for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games has revealed a new floral-themed visual identity. This design, known as the 'Superbloom,' is inspired by the natural bursts of wildflowers in Southern California and aims to
reflect the diverse cultural and natural landscape of Los Angeles. The identity features 13 individual blooms representing various elements of the city, including its entertainment culture and neighborhoods. The color palette is derived from the Bird of Paradise, Los Angeles' official flower, and includes hues like Poppy, Scarlet Flax, Bluebell, and Sagebrush. The design was developed in collaboration with design studio Koto and is intended to be versatile across different venues and digital formats.
