The portfolio encompasses 500,000 square feet and over 3,000 units, strategically located across five cities and two counties, including Clear Creek and Grand County. These properties are situated along major routes such as I-70 and Highway 40, which are known for their high growth potential. Uplift plans to enhance the portfolio by adding more than 70,000 square feet of new development, featuring climate-controlled units, fully enclosed boat and RV storage, and specialized ski lockers. The acquisition was facilitated through collaboration with Storage Rentals of America, Argenic,
GYS General Contracting, JLL, and Castor Capital.
