Focus Graphite, a Canadian junior miner, has updated its mineral resource estimate for the Lac Tetepisca project in Quebec. The revised estimate identifies 120.16 million tonnes of indicated resources grading 10.27% graphitic carbon, alongside 24.14 million tonnes of inferred
resources at 9.88% graphitic carbon. This update positions the project as one of the world's largest graphite deposits, crucial for the growing demand in electric vehicle (EV) batteries. The update comes as Western countries seek to diversify battery mineral supply chains away from China.
