Snooze Eatery has announced a new lineup of lunch and brunch dishes that will be available systemwide starting April 15. The new menu items include The Rachel, a turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese, slaw, and spicy bacon Thousand Island dressing, and Grilled
3-Cheese & Roasted Tomato Soup, featuring cheddar, Jack, and Swiss cheeses on rustic white bread. Other offerings include Not Your Mother’s Cob, a salad with habanero pork belly and crispy chickpeas, and The Smash Hit Burger, a beef and cheddar burger on a pretzel bun. Additionally, two new breakfast-brunch items, Whipped Cottage Cheese Toast and Berries & Brown Butter Oats, have been introduced.
