Vulcan Completion Products has launched a new high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) casing shoe system, named PROBE MAGMA-SEAL, designed for hydraulic fracturing and complex well completion applications. The system is rated to withstand pressures up
to 12,500 psi and temperatures of 200°C (400°F), with plans to develop a 15,000-psi configuration. This technology aims to improve pressure isolation and integrity during well construction, reducing the need for additional equipment in certain fracturing programs.
