Blizzard Entertainment is set to release a new expansion for Diablo IV, titled 'Lord of Hatred,' on April 28, 2026. This expansion will introduce the Warlock class, a dark and powerful caster that harnesses the powers of Hell through ritual, alchemy,
and spellcraft. Players will also experience the Season of Slaughter, starting March 11, which allows them to transform into The Butcher, a character known for its relentless carnage. The update includes changes to the Killstreak system, enhancing the gameplay experience by rewarding players based on the number of monsters slain. The expansion promises new content and challenges, with players able to try out the Paladin class for free up to level 25 without pre-purchasing the expansion.
