Penguin Random House (PRH) has announced the creation of a Global Technology Organization (GTO) to enhance its operational and creative capabilities through technology. This initiative, led by PRH global CEO Nihar Malaviya, aims to integrate technology more

The GTO will be guided by a global technology steering committee and three newly appointed global technology heads. Andreas Arnold will oversee the UK and Global Enterprise Resource Planning Transformation, Carlos Ciria will manage the IT Supply Chain Transformation for Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, and Chris Hart will lead the North American Global Application Transformation. These leaders will focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and drive efficiency across PRH's global operations.
