Marsh, a leading insurance brokerage and risk management firm, has appointed Katrina Zafiriadis as the leader of its new Service Delivery Practice (SDP) for the U.S. and Canada. Based in New York, Zafiriadis will report to Levee Brooks, the chief operating
officer of Marsh Risk for the U.S. and Canada. With over two decades of experience in service delivery and operational resilience, Zafiriadis previously served as chief of staff to Michelle Sartain, president of Marsh Risk. Her new role involves optimizing client service delivery and enhancing the client experience across the region. The SDP aims to unify client service specialists and streamline operations to better serve Marsh's diverse clientele.
