The U.S. Travel Association has announced the appointment of Ntina K. Cooper as Senior Vice President of Operations. Cooper brings over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, and enterprise transformation. In her new role, she will
be part of the leadership team, overseeing key functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal. Her responsibilities will include ensuring these core functions are aligned and integrated to support the association's long-term growth. Previously, Cooper served as Executive Assistant Commissioner for Enterprise Services at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where she managed a nationwide organization of over 4,000 employees. Her experience spans senior leadership roles within CBP and the Department of Homeland Security. Cooper holds degrees from the University of Michigan and DePaul University.
