Dusit International has announced the signing of 24 new hotel agreements in 2025, expanding its global development pipeline to over 50 properties. The company plans to add more than 1,400 rooms to its portfolio
by 2026. These developments are spread across key markets including India, Japan, the Maldives, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Notable projects include the WE Hotel – Dusit Collection in Japan, The Strand Hotel – Dusit Collection in Myanmar, and Dusit Princess Al Majma’ah in Saudi Arabia. The company is focusing on conversions and brownfield projects to achieve faster timelines and earlier returns. Dusit’s strategy includes introducing new brands such as Devarana – Dusit Retreats and Dusit Collection, targeting various market segments.
