The Montgomery Advertiser has opened voting for its Girls Athlete of the Week, presented by the Vance Law Firm, for the week of April 4-10. The voting period began on April 12 and will continue until noon on April 16, with the winner to be announced on April 17.

Among the nominees are Emma Rose Meldrum from Trinity Presbyterian, Emily Darby from Saint James, Sophie Arant from Wetumpka, Peyton Thrash from Prattville Christian, and Kyra Wallace from Brewbaker Tech. These athletes have been recognized for their outstanding performances in recent games, showcasing their skills in various sports.
