Logan Herlihy, a strength and conditioning specialist from Reformed Fitness, has introduced a 20-minute walking workout designed to maximize fitness benefits in a short time. The routine is inspired by high-intensity interval training (HIIT) principles,
as advocated by researcher Martin Gibala. The workout consists of a warm-up, six intervals of fast walking for 40 seconds each, followed by 1 minute and 20 seconds of slower walking for recovery, and concludes with a cool-down.
