Pierre Morillon has been appointed as the General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, effective March 9, 2026. Originally from Lyon, France, Morillon brings extensive international experience and a strong commitment to the Four Seasons'
service philosophy. He holds dual degrees in Sales and Marketing and a postgraduate diploma in Hospitality Management from Les Roches International Hotel School. Morillon began his career with Four Seasons in 2014 as a Manager in Training at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. His career has included key leadership roles in Lisbon, Mexico City, and Atlanta, where he focused on elevating service standards and enhancing guest engagement. Most recently, he served as the Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, where he led significant resort enhancements and guest-centric initiatives, contributing to the property earning the Isadore Sharp Award for Excellence in 2024.
