This shift in focus comes as concerns about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) regulations have decreased, with only 38% of respondents expressing concern, down from 84% last year. The survey suggests that while AI policy is becoming a top priority, many employers may have already adjusted to DEI regulations.
