The GMLOKS track and field teams have recently excelled in competitions held from April 20 to April 24, as reported by the Fillmore County Journal. The girls' team saw standout performances from Kloe Meter and Maddy Montgomery, who secured first-place
finishes in shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump. The girls' relay teams also performed exceptionally, winning the 4x200 and 4x400 events. On the boys' side, Carter Glynn led with a first-place finish in the 800 meters and a second-place in the triple jump. Other notable performances included second-place finishes by Keira Stier, Rylee Holst, Audrey Main, Mylah Montgomery, and Avery Payne in various events.
