Colorado-based startup LEAP has successfully launched its first suborbital rocket, Bullfrog, marking a significant milestone in its development of space logistics capabilities. The launch took place at the Friends of Amateur Rocketry pad in Mojave, California,
demonstrating new technologies such as a dual-mode rocket engine and proprietary fuel tanks. The Bullfrog rocket reached an altitude of approximately 40 kilometers, showcasing LEAP's potential to deliver rapid logistics solutions. The company plans to conduct up to four more flights this year and aims to develop an upgraded orbital vehicle, Bighorn, by 2028.
