Kelly, a Chartered Engineer and Environmentalist, previously worked at Ramboll from 2019 to 2023, where he led the sustainable solutions department. His expertise in decarbonization and net zero strategies is expected to bolster Ramboll's ability to support clients in navigating complex sustainability challenges.
