from June 1 to August 31, 2026, is part of the Working Families Tax Cuts Act. It allows landowners to adjust base acres for the first time in over two decades, potentially adding up to 30 million additional base acres nationwide. The Farm Service Agency is notifying eligible landowners, and Base Allocation Summaries will be available online.
