The equipment package includes a comprehensive support plan from Komatsu, featuring operational, technical, and financial assistance, as well as a five-year on-site technical support plan. This initiative is part of Santana's strategy to operate as an owner-miner, aiming to reduce costs by eliminating contractor margins and leveraging a residential workforce model.
