In her previous role as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Ng helped the property earn several accolades, including a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating. The Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou, located in Hangzhou's Wulin Central Business District, features 214 rooms and offers views of the Grand Canal and West Lake, both World Heritage Sites.
