Chelmsford city centre has been transformed with vibrant murals as part of the Concrete Canvas project, an annual festival organized by Chelmsford's business improvement district. The event features a variety of artworks, including a unique piece by a graphic-designer-turned-street
artist who painted the faces of 19 local dogs on a bollard. This particular design, inspired by the humorous notion of dogs using bollards for relief, adds a playful touch to the cityscape.
