ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines has entered into a renewable energy supply agreement with MPower, a unit of Manila Electric Company (Meralco), to power its data center operations. The deal covers three facilities in Metro Manila and
Cavite, with a planned supply volume of up to 40MW of renewable energy. This partnership aims to enhance the operational reliability and efficiency of STT GDC's data centers, which support cloud computing, AI, digital banking, and e-commerce.
