Forlong Biotechnology has announced the completion of Phase I clinical trials for FL115, an IL-15 superagonist, as a monotherapy for advanced solid tumors. Conducted in the US and China, the trials showed durable treatment effects, with two patients achieving
confirmed partial response and one patient maintaining stable disease. The trials involved patients with advanced cervical cancer, NUT-NSCLC, and lymphoepithelial carcinoma. FL115 is now being investigated in combination with an anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody in a Phase 1b/2 trial. The results will be presented at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting.
