Coty has been recognized by Newsweek with an AI Impact Award for its enterprise AI literacy program, 'Supercharge with AI: Scaling Enterprise-Wide AI Literacy & Adoption to Transform How Coty Works.' The program, which was launched and scaled in 100 days,
aims to integrate AI into daily workflows, enhance decision-making, and empower creative processes across the company. It has trained 3,500 employees globally, representing nearly half of Coty's email-enabled workforce. The initiative is noted for its significant increase in active AI usage and has been acknowledged as a best-in-class example of AI upskilling in the beauty industry. The program also offers external certification through a partnership with the Vjal Institute.
