Palladino's Steak & Seafood has announced the appointment of Henry Johnson as the Chef de Cuisine for its new Dallas location, set to open in Preston Royal. Johnson will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and executing the menu crafted
by Executive Chef & Partner Sam Hazen. This move is part of the brand's expansion following its successful debut in New York City's Grand Central Terminal. Johnson, originally from Tonganoxie, Kansas, has a rich culinary background, having served in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He has held various leadership roles in Dallas's culinary scene and gained national recognition on Season 24 of Hell's Kitchen. The new Dallas location will feature a modern steakhouse experience with a dining room, bar, private dining room, and jazz lounge/event space.
