The new office aims to support Intrepid's operations across Italy, a top-performing destination for the company, where bookings have surged by 93% from 2022 to 2025. The opening event in Rome was attended by Intrepid CEO James Thornton, EMEA Managing Director Zina Bencheikh, and other industry leaders. The Rome office is expected to help Intrepid triple its passenger numbers by 2030, aligning with its broader strategy to expand its network of locally managed destination management companies (DMCs) and strengthen community connections.
