Consumer Reports has released a survey evaluating first-class experiences across major U.S. airlines, with Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and Delta Air Lines emerging as the top performers. The survey, conducted among 2,140 first-class passengers
on 3,782 flights, assessed various aspects such as staff service, check-in processes, cabin cleanliness, pricing transparency, flight timeliness, seat selection, and flight updates. Hawaiian Airlines scored highest overall, followed by Alaska and Delta. All three airlines received perfect scores for staff service, flight updates, pricing transparency, and seat selection. The survey also noted that while many categories showed similar results among economy travelers, seat comfort was a significant differentiator in first-class experiences.
