The founders identified a gap in the market where traditional B2B eCommerce platforms had low adoption rates, around 15%, due to their complexity and the fragmented nature of trade. In contrast, nFuse reports a 70% adoption rate among retailers and claims that its order processing costs are up to 20 times lower than those of traditional digital channels.
