C3ntro Telecom of Mexico and Telconet of Ecuador have announced a partnership to build a new subsea and terrestrial fiber network, CSN-2, connecting data centers in Mexico and Florida. The network will link Veracruz, Mexico, to Apalachee Beach, Florida,
with additional branches to Galveston, Texas, and potentially Bonita Beach, Florida.
