What's Happening?
Calian has introduced two new pole mount variants of its Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) line, the CR8894PXF+ and CR8854PXF+, aimed at enhancing Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) resilience across various demanding operational environments.
These new models expand frequency support options, with the CR8894PXF+ operating across L1/E1 + L2/E5b frequencies and the CR8854PXF+ across L1/E1 + L5/E5a frequencies. The updated architecture improves installation flexibility across critical infrastructure, timing, marine, and defense environments while maintaining Calian's CRPA and Extended Filtering Plus (XF+) interference mitigation capabilities. The pole mount design, showcased at the ION JNC 2026, is intended for fixed and marine installations, including communications towers, vessels, monitoring stations, and critical infrastructure sites, supporting rapid deployment and optimal antenna placement.
