21-22. Needham pitched 26 innings, achieved a 4-0 record, struck out 35 batters, and contributed six hits for three RBIs. Her efforts were instrumental in leading her team to victory, earning her the MVP title in the championship game. The poll, which ran from May 24-28, allowed readers to vote hourly, and Needham secured 83% of the total votes, surpassing her teammate Emily Darby, who also had a notable performance with five hits and three RBIs.
