Bosch has entered into a significant agreement with Mercedes-Benz to supply electric motors for the automaker's next generation of electric powertrains. This contract extends into the 2030s and covers a large volume of supply, supporting various vehicle
performance classes. The partnership underscores Bosch's expanding role in the global electromobility market as manufacturers increase production of next-generation electric vehicles (EVs). Bosch currently supplies electromobility technologies to over 50 automakers worldwide and secured more than 70 customer projects globally in 2025. The company plans to manufacture over seven million components for electric driving systems in 2026, with electric motors being produced at a rate of approximately seven per minute across its global network.
