Mike Easterlin has been appointed as the managing director for ONErpm's Nashville division. In his new role, Easterlin will oversee A&R, roster development, and day-to-day operations. He brings extensive experience from previous roles at Virgin, Def Jam, Atlantic, and as co-president of Elektra Records. ONErpm has also made several new hires, including Josh Tomlinson as director of A&R, Lindsey Terry as country marketing director, and Chad Neville as project manager. Easterlin expressed his commitment to supporting artists' independent spirit and helping them build lasting careers.
