MLB's Play Ball Weekend, scheduled for June 5-7, will feature over 200 activities across six continents to promote baseball and softball participation. The initiative includes events hosted by MLB, its clubs, and international partners, aiming to inspire
youth engagement in the sports. Launch events will occur at Mount Rushmore and in Pittsburgh, with MLB Youth Ambassador Coach Ballgame leading the activities. The weekend focuses on connecting with youth from diverse backgrounds and closing equity gaps in accessing the game. All 30 MLB clubs will wear special Play Ball patches during the weekend.
