What's Happening?
The Homewood-Flossmoor (H-F) boys volleyball team concluded their season with a 22-16 record, marking the fifth consecutive season they have won 20 or more games under coach Mark Ciesielski. The team advanced through the postseason by defeating Bradley-Bourbonnais
and Andrew but fell to Lincoln-Way Central in the regional final with scores of 25-23 and 25-17. Key players included Surendran Heyward, who led with 361 kills and 197 digs, Alex Wettstein with 38 aces, 139 kills, and 159 digs, Josh Myers with 80 total blocks and 188 kills, and Donald Klemick with 407 assists.
