Morgan Lewis has announced the appointment of Marcus Wu as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice based in San Francisco. Wu brings extensive experience in advising both private and public companies on the design, implementation,
and administration of retirement and deferred compensation plans. His expertise includes defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements, equity compensation programs, health and welfare benefit plans, and severance programs. Wu also provides counsel on compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Wu was associated with Pillsbury.
