The 60th edition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF) has announced its retrospective and heritage program, marking 60 editions and 80 years since the festival's inception. The festival will feature a special program dedicated to the history

Highlights include the international premiere of 'The Hanging of Stuart Cornfeld,' a portrait of the independent producer Stuart Cornfeld, and 'The Killing of a Chinese Bookie' by John Cassavetes. Additionally, the festival will screen 'Trainspotting' and 'Sexy Beast' in its Out of the Past program. The festival is scheduled to take place from July 3-11, 2026.
