Guy Moot, co-chair and CEO of Warner Chappell Music, has been announced as the recipient of the 2026 Music Industry Trusts Award (MITS), marking the first time a music publisher has received this honor.

He later joined SBK Music Publishing, which merged with EMI Music Publishing, where he rose to executive vice president of A&R for the U.K. and Europe. In 2019, he became co-chair and CEO of Warner Chappell Music, overseeing a roster that includes artists like Dua Lipa and Cardi B.
