Houston-based Brake Time Corner Market (BTCM) has acquired 14 FastLane convenience stores across East Texas, significantly expanding its retail and wholesale fuel operations. The acquisition includes 12 Shell-branded fuel stations and a fuel distribution

The stores, located in cities such as Lumberton, Beaumont, and Port Arthur, will be rebranded as BrakeTime stores and will feature expanded foodservice programs.
