The resort's wellness journey will be centered around the Life in Balance Spa, which features 39 treatment rooms, vitality pools, hammams, salt rooms, and relaxation lounges. The spa experience will be complemented by a daily program of yoga, Pilates, sound healing, creative workshops, and personalized sessions with Miraval Specialists.
