Boston College's men's basketball program has announced the addition of two new staff members. Eric Youncofski has been appointed as the Director of Basketball Operations, while Mike Buhmeyer will serve
as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Youncofski brings experience from The Gazelle Group, where he managed team and event operations and spearheaded the creation of an NIL Division. Buhmeyer, a former U.S. Marine, joins from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he implemented a data-driven performance model for athlete wellness.
