7-Eleven has appointed Richard Guidry as the new senior director of fresh foods for its operations in the U.S. and Canada. Guidry announced his new role via a LinkedIn post, expressing his excitement about
the opportunity to influence the future of convenience across 7-Eleven's extensive network of approximately 13,000 stores. Before joining 7-Eleven, Guidry was the owner and president of CMO Consulting and held the position of senior vice president of foodservice at GPM Investments LLC. His previous experience also includes serving as brand director of foodservice at Casey's General Stores Inc., where he led initiatives focused on menu innovation and simplification. Guidry's career spans over 15 years in various marketing and operational leadership roles at RaceTrac, and he has been a member of CSP's C-StoreTEC Advisory board since 2024.
